Update: GM to sell Truck business to Isuzu

Because of the difficulty to meet their full-year net profit target, amongst other reasons, Isuzu is saying no to a deal with GM to buy mid-size truck operations.
"It will be difficult to achieve the net profit target but we will do everything possible to achieve it," Hosoi said in an interview on Wednesday at the IAA truck fair in Germany. He cited an expected downturn in all major truck markets.
